Our community is cat friendly, and we allow certified service dogs only. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community. We do not have a pet deposit. There is no weight limit for cats. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The max number allowed applies to all types of pets; we allow a total of 2 pets per household. The one-time fee and pet rent only apply for cats; the one-time fee and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets.
