Meh liveable

Apartment is subpar definitely not worth what I pay. The floor looks like some one cleaned up a murder with bleach and gaps in the flooring everywhere. We were told we would be given a gift card to buy a rug to cover it up but it's been almost 2 months and nothing has been given to us. There were a lot of other small things but liveable. I guess I just expected better for the price.

So sorry for the delay on gift card. The account I use got froze for a few months do to accounting issues so I could not buy any cards. The floor gaps are inherent to a floating floor such as that. I am sorry you feel unit is sub-par. Most after looking at housing in the area compliment us on it being nice compared to others. I understand it is different for the money than the lower 48. I have maintenance and housekeeping go through every unit before renting. If they missed something I invite you to give us a call. Thank You for your feedback.

Terrible place to live

Overcharged for things I did not damage and rent I have already paid for my last month living here.

makeit so people want t to stay

I like the apartment but the people upstairs I can here every thing. I don't have screens on the living room windows. I feel you need to upgrade the place.

Great place to Live

Pretty quiet, people keep to themselves but are very neighborly. All in all a good cheap place to live.

Quiet property with attentive staff

I am pleased with Irinas professionalism how quickly the lot gets cleared out, the toilet issue was solved immediately workers were professional as well.
