"Big dogs here by more than one resident are allowed to do their business unleashed and not cleaned up after. I have 2 small dogs that are always leashed and I have to be careful because mine have been approached by these big dogs because the owners are inconsiderate. It’s been this way since I’ve been here. Large dog feces everywhere."

"Apartment is subpar definitely not worth what I pay. The floor looks like some one cleaned up a murder with bleach and gaps in the flooring everywhere. We were told we would be given a gift card to buy a rug to cover it up but it's been almost 2 months and nothing has been given to us. There were a lot of other small things but liveable. I guess I just expected better for the price."

Our apartments in Wasilla are in a vibrant area near Wasilla Lake, Fred Meyer, Target, The Valley Cinema, and the Sportsman Warehouse. Amber Ridge offers modern apartments with useful amenities in a warm and active community. It’s also pet-friendly, has 24-hour emergency maintenance, and provides easy access to Parks Highway and Glen Highway.

Pets - Max 2 AllowedMonthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 per household
Cats & Dogs are welcome! We do not have a pet deposit or weight limit. The following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, reptiles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The max number allowed, one-time fee, and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the max number allowed, one-time fee, and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.
