Joyce, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic during the whole process. I was able to apply and get approved ahead of an apartment being available and then was placed on the waiting list. As soon as there was an apartment available, she contacted me and I was able to finish everything online from San DIego. Joyce was professional and friendly as I asked a million questions and I was just so impressed with the warmth and attention she gave me. I would highly recommend this complex for the location, value, and professionalism of the staff."

"I've lived in numerous apartments complexes over the years. The community director is working really hard to create a sense of community family-style environment with neighbors with coffee donuts on Friday, a book exchange that's available in the office, which has been a nice way to meet other residents. It's been a lovely place to live watching bald eagles flying around, the resident moose strolling around the area and living in Old Kenai. My husband I have really enjoyed our time here in this place. PS The Noise rating is probably not applicable to me since I'm deaf and I was confused on how to answer that ."
