"We needed a small place for just a year before our move out of state and TimberRidge fit that bill perfectly. They accommodated us to move in a week earlier than planned which helped us a lot and the staff - OMG Jacob is amazing, friendly, professional and good communication. Maintenance has been quick and friendly and professional as well. This is a great place to live and we are happy so far. Plus they allow dogs and cats too which is a plus."

"This is worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune of living. Our radiator is not working and we don’t have hot water and no one is answering the phone. When we moved in the apartment was filthy, our oven is broken and has never been fixed, we had a broken dishwasher for months and they left a dishwasher in our apartment for a week without a hose to run water to it. The snow in the parking barely gets plowed and the stairs are never shoveled even though it’s in our lease they the stairs will be shoveled. Our closet doors fall off the tracks every time they are used. Not to mention we electronically signed our lease and signed for a 2 bedroom and we’re given a one bedroom, so we were basically scammed. I would be embarrassed to work for these company and everyone working here should be ashamed."

"Giving a 2 star today. I am in Indiana for the holidays. I didn't know maintenence was going to come by today wasn't notified, until they were already at my apartment. They called, and asked if they could go in, I told them yes and that I'm out of town. They apparently fixed the counter top/hole in the pipe leak in the wall. They emptied out my cupboard and took everything off the counter top, and left it on the floor. Didn't put anything back. The fact everything was unannounced and I was unaware, and that I said I was out of town. The courtesy they don't have to at least put my stuff back."

"We needed a place to stay for 8 months after we sold our house and found Timber Ridge apartments to be a great place. We had never rented an apartment before so we had concerns about noise, parking, or whatever, but found it to be very peaceful there. It is also pet friendly, so our older lab enjoyed her time there as well."

Great place to stay if you have pets, nice grassy areas to walk them as well the trails are close. The commute to both Anchorage and Wasilla/Palmer are fairly easy from here."

"I have loved living in Timber Ridge Apartments. It is clean, quiet and well maintained. The manager, Jaime Atwood, has always made herself available and has been so helpful. She even gave me a housewarming gift, a plant, and a cucumber (from her garden? maybe the farmers market?) when moved in. Small maintenance issues have always been taken care of quickly and well. My dog was welcome and accepted and my neighbors are all really kind. I’m only moving out because I finally can buy my own house, otherwise, I’d be saying. Thank you, Jamie and Weidner!"
