"I live at the Village at Calais, and am wondering when the driveway is going to be plowed. I already got stuck once and shouldn’t have to take the bus or a cab to get to work. I pay my rent on time and expect the property to be maintained. The driveway should be plowed after ever snow fall. Within a reasonable time after it has stopped snowing. Thank you"

"Still haven’t gotten back my security deposit I moved out on the 5th of dec and continuously try to get in contact and get more information from you guys and I hear nothing back I am getting my lawyer involved because according to alaska law you guys have 15 days to return my security deposit and that hasn’t happened you know who I am and refuse to reply in any way shape or form give me a call ASAP-"

By MISREPRESENTATION and DECEIT my Lease Contract was renewed totally different from our and my in good faith verbal agreement I made in her office. Sad and no respect. I believe in karma and pray no harm to anyone. Be careful in dealing with this representative."

"My down stairs neighbor keeps putting flower pots or whatever on my cement parking area block and I knocked them over today because I forgot they were there and he was being rude and was like you need to move. I was like no cause this is my parking spot. When they have their own spot and could put them on their own spot. Now I hope nothing happens to my car!"
