These people don't care if anything gets fixed. The washer breaks down constantly and they won't replace it. I'm sitting... here now with a load in the washer and it won't spin. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you choose The Highlands! Seriously, the Staff are very caring, kind, and take pride in their work! The location is perfect, nestled back in an unsuspecting location that most people wouldn't even think of looking. All of my maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely fashion and with professionalism. The community here has been perfect, quiet, and serene. Beautiful apartments. I lived here when the rent was affordable. Some lady stole my carport that belonged to my unit. Other... than that inconvenience it was a cozy rental If you divide the square feet of what there charging now that's almost $240 a square foot for a 780 square foot unit. My husband and I moved in here after he had a stroke. The staff was very friendly and quick to install handicap bars in the... shower for him. They also offered to put in a ramp and keep ice melt by the door. Anytime we needed something or something went wrong in the apartment they were quick to respond and get things fixed. The place is very comfortable with very little noise from neighbors, clean and close to everything. The gated community makes it feel safe and they do a good job at keeping it clean..
