Every request I have put in has been completed in a timely matter. I’ve yet to meet the crew myself but my daughters have... & said that they were very nice & professional. They’ve never left a mess when in my unit & always clean up after themselves. I have nothing but high praise for them. Since it came under new management it has gone down to almost all zero. Not taking maintenance seriously, we leave out few... of the good ones, and just day we can't fix it. This is the second time Ive done this review. I assume someone deleted the first. Your property is substandard.
The carpet... was not cleaned prior to our moving in. Every time I vacuum the filth fills the canister. I smells like urine. The cabinets are falling apart because the are old and made of fiber. Some cabinet doors wont close and drawers are unusable. The entrance hall is filthy. People do not cleanup the green space after their dogs. There are no screens on the windows. How are we to have air when it gets warm with the bugs we have here? You charged me $100. "move in fee". What was that for? We pay $55.00 monthly for natural gas even whe it is warm. That fee is outrageous. Plus now you charge for water, sewer and garbage pickup.Read More about Substandard

Had a great experience with Lau the maintenance man who came to take care of our dishwasher and changed our filter for our... furnace. He was very nice, very efficient, and took care of things in a way we have not experienced as of yet. My little dog even really liked him; that is good people then :) I just truly appreciate someone who is kind and courteous and completes a job well; and he did that for sure! Thank you Lau!
Going on our second year here and I still love the view I wake up to each day. Wasn't quite prepared for the noise on Tudor, and I would love to have my own washer and dryer in the apartment. All in all we are quite content! I rented this apartment before I even moved here a little over a year ago, and it was not a bad decision.

I am a resident at 4954 E 43rd Ave Anchorage and I don’t understand why they can’t fix the problem with water always going... into my hallway closet is it that they are passing the buck or don’t CARE I have lived here almost 2 years and I don’t remember when I didn’t have water in my apartment during my stay here what is wrong with this company? The Greenbriar staff have been amazing. Latasia made our move in very smooth and has been very responsive... to any issues or concerns we brought up. The maintenance staff is also great. Our sink unfortunately began to back up and Latasia helped us get the maintenance over very quickly and he took care of the problem. It has not given us any problems since.
