Reviews

"I just moved in on Friday, it’s Sunday and so far the carpet is peeling off the floor, there’s exposed wires, my apartment is damp and humid due to the bathtub faucet leaking hot water. Emergency maintenance didnt do much, they said they would fix it on Monday, but while I wait, I can’t use my shower. They offered no alternative. This is beyond unacceptable. Absolutely not worth the $1420 a month that I’m paying."

"not too shabby"

"The neighbor that resides right across from ours keeps slamming his door where the whole building would shake and yells so loud where I can hear through the walls. During wintertime the parking lot really sucks! Especially where I park. We literally had to park on someone else’s parking spot for the whole winter."

"Horrible Very noisy and the rent is absolutely ridiculous for what you get. 1000% DO NOT recommend."

"Place smells like rotten moldy cigarettes, air quality was awful, had breathing problems living there. Couldn’t leave cause of lease"

"The apartment management is highly incompetent, deceptive, and lazy. They will not return your calls or emails. They will harass you and post eviction notices when you just received a bill the same day. Also your parking is not guaranteed, they will not tow anyone who takes your spot only document which is just wrong considering their numerous signs and assignment of parking spaces. The buildings are a dump and falling apart as well as old appliances. Best to stay away and spend the extra money for something better or spend less somewhere else where at least you will actually get what you are paying for. Upon move out they will try and charge you for things that were already messed up. TLDR They overcharge and under provide best to stay away."

"I think all the charges should be included in the amount of rent we pay already, these apartments are pretty old as they are already and haven’t been updated in a long time. So please consider including our charges in the rent amount we are supposed to pay, thank you."

"Front desk staff (Angelica) is great to work with and maintenance staff have always been helpful when I’ve called to have something repaired. This location is close to Providence hospital, gym and post office."

"This is my 3rd separate leasing contract, but not my last. I absolutely love this place and I absolutely love the staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. They have taken care of any problem I ever have had here and the maintenance is great. I will probably be here for a very long time and I highly recommend this place to anyone. ????????"

"A lot of the negative comments for this place have to do with the people- for instance the jerk who revved his truck engine at every opportunity- including late hours of the night. Otherwise, it's perfect for a single person or couple. I wouldn't recommend the one bedroom for a large family. Very pet friendly for a price. Staff was always kind and courteous and paying your rent is easy online. They even have a mobile app for the laundry facilities so no need to worry about quarters. Overall, a great location and you can make a home here."

"I became a resident at The Club at Eagle Point in August 2020. Starting in NOVEMBER my rent payments have become smaller..and later. Due to impacts from COVID-19. The Leasing Office Staff at The Club at Eagle Point has been INCREDIBLY patient and Communication is ALWAYS FRIENDLY and PROFFESSIONAL. in dealing with these matters. The Club at Eagle Point is also ideal for a single person or couple. Highly Recommend Darren"

"I am a Current Resident at the Club at Eagle Pointe. Life and Public Contact has altered the feeling of Community in general. Being in the midst of a very SNOWY Winter Season thus far, Id like to Commend the Staff on the Snow Removal efforts exhibited. The Next Morning after ANY major storm,Landing and Stairs have been cleared promptly. Snow Plows have been very efficient in keeping lots cleared. AS a Resident , I just wanted to say Thank You??"

"Lived at The Club at Eagle Point from August 2018 to May 2019. Would most likely still be living there if not for military reassignment. I never had anything to complain about while there. No noisy neighbors, no unruly pets, no negligence of maintenance or anything of that nature. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Unit I resided in was a 1 1 and it suited me just fine. Even after the earthquake in November, my unit held up just fine and The Club did not hesitate to assess the complex for damages. Overall, great experience there. Military friendly, animal friendly, and in a good location far as the surrounding area goes."

Cornell Thomas

"It's not bad in the middle of everything."

Kathy Hang

"If someone were to ask me what it's like to live here I'd tell them it's the best complex in anchorage and I highly recommend it to anybody who needs a quality and affordable living space"
