I have requested that my heat problem in my apartment be fixed at least 5 times. Henderson diagnosed the problem; the valve... controlled by my thermostat is not working. My apartment is over 80 degrees and unlivable for my dog, so I have to pay to keep her elsewhere even though I'm being charged $40 per month. What can I do?
