"I have requested that my heat problem in my apartment be fixed at least 5 times. Henderson diagnosed the problem; the valve controlled by my thermostat is not working. My apartment is over 80 degrees and unlivable for my dog, so I have to pay to keep her elsewhere even though I'm being charged $40 per month. What can I do? My sinuses have been a major problem sleeping in the apartment. The only solution is to open a window, leaving my apartment unsecure."

Our apartments in Anchorage’s Midtown neighborhood are in a vibrant area near Delaney Park, Chest Creek Sports Complex, Chester Creek, and Carrs. The Alaskan offers modern apartments with useful amenities in a warm and active community. It’s also pet-friendly, is a smoke-free community, and has direct access to walking trails.

Pets - Max 2 AllowedMonthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 per household
Cats & Dogs are welcome! No other types of pets are allowed. We do not have a pet deposit or weight limit. The following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.
