Hello Shelly, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any delay in getting snow cleared from the lot. It has been an extreme weather season, making it difficult to organize snow removal. Hello Brittany, Thank you for your feedback. We have been dealing with heavier than average snowfall in Anchorage the past couple months, and we are working diligently to clear areas of snow within a reasonable expectation and time frame. We are also laying down snow melt/salt where we can as long as supplies are in stock.
