Reviews

"Due to certain characteristics of the apartment, I regularly have to have maintenance done on the sink. Maintenance is always punctual, helpful, and gets the job done well, and done fast. Today in particular, Mike went above and beyond, not only clearing the clog, but also cleaning the sink and fixing the garbage disposal! You rock Mike!"

"I don't know what it is but the neighbors in my building just completely ignore community policies regarding noise. No matter the time neighbors hold loud conversations in the hallway outside other neighbor's doors. They allow their children to run in the halls and the fact that those living below them are robbed of their peace by inconsiderate people. They also allow their dogs to run free in the hallways. I live on the middle level of my building and never have any noise problems from those below me. But those on my level and the worst are those on the third floor. In the apartment directly above me I get constant running by visiting children as well as very loud drops of something heavy on the floor. Why can't those with the best views living on the top floor pay any attention whatsoever to the amount of noise they make the tenants below them endure ? If the top floor is paying the same rate for the same size apartment as downstairs, this building isn't worth what we are paying. Market Value, what a joke !"

"Ed came to fix my sink in the bathroom and the lighting in the kitchen. He did an absolutely wonderful job. He snaked the sink to clear the drain. It now works beautifully. He fixed the lights in the kitchen. I can now see again. Ed was exactly what you want in a maintenance person. He was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was polite and explained everything to me. He knew his job. He impressed me very much. Thank you for assigning him to do my work order. Sharon Hernet"

"Taiga Twins is a nice apartment complex. The corner units have a nice view out over the VOTM and you can see the fireworks and sometimes the aurora borealis from the windows. Our unit stays warm in winter and our neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves."
