"Hazard back entrance coming into building icy not been sanded or ice broken up easy for a person to slip and fall. Front and back parking lot needs to be sand. Hard for a disabled veteran to wall on even with the proper equipment on shoe. I guess No one don't do inspection of the parking lot or walk entrance because if they did they would have noticed the issue before s incident happened."

"Laundry: 1/21/2024 7/12 washers are functional, if one was cleaned from what looks like concrete it may have been 8/12 are functional. 7/12 dryers are functional. Leaving in washers and dryers in non working order is leaving residents to wait until they are available. It’s inconvenient to residents, especially those that have work."

"The building Fire alarm has been going off more than ~9 times in the span of a year and has been damaging my ears ever since. It also does not help that I have a sensitive hearing. When I say fire alarms, I am not talking about smoke detector. I am talking about the FIRE ALARMS that goes off in the entire building with a deafening sound that can send an elderly into a heart attack, and you can expect it to go off again for at least two or three more times that day when it does malfunction for a good 10-15 minutes. The worst part is that the alarm ALWAYS goes off at 1AM, 3AM, and 5AM when everyone is sleeping, to cause that good extra damage to everyone that is living in the building."

I have a condition where I have a sensitive sense of hearing, and this problem has caused me many hearing issues and pain. The MOST ANNOYING part of this is the timing when it happen is always at 2:00AM - 11:30AM. Please! Please! Fix this!"
