"I’m not sure if this is where I should do it seeing as he’s normally based out of the lower 48 and is only here for a week, but Patrick from the leasing office is AWESOME!! Less than a week ago I applied for an apartment in anchorage ak and he has been beyond helpful! I have called quite a few times bugging him with miscellaneous questions and he has eased my mind on many things as a first time renter. He’s the perfect person to keep in mind when you’re in a weidner property, or looking for a new place whether it be in alaska or not :))"

"Well i dont like how i pay for alot of stuff and plus the rent is too high but the parking lots are bad. Alot of cars gets stucked and they didnt help. there maintenance is bad and bad customer service."

"I moved to this area on Nov 2021 and so far I have not had any issues with the apartment or the surroundings. I love it here its just perfect for me and my kids. Its close to schools and stores I just love the area. Tina was very helpful and gave me a tour of the apartment before we moved in. Staffs are quick to help when I ask for a maintenance service. I love the apartment so does my kids. Its a good place."

"I lived at Strawberry Lane for over a year and a half and it was one of the best communities that I had the pleasure of being at. They have such a fantastic stuff that takes cares of the property. Brady and Tina from the office are two of the friendliest people that you could meet and are always there to address any concern that you might have. If you have a maintenance issue, then Marc is your guy to fix it! Super quiet location that really gets you away from the hustle and bustle of Anchorage. If you are looking for a quality apartment, then Strawberry Lane is the place for you!"

"I've lived in Alaska going 8 years. I've stayed in multiple places around Acnhorage with the hope of being around positive people and to make a better living. I have to say moving into Strawberry Lane apartments is like a dream come true. I love the envoirment, location and the different ethnic groups that surround the area.. By far this is one of the most peaceful places in my opinion. Mrs Tina, one of the managers at Strawberry lanes has definately made it easier for me to have hope that thier are better and more amazing people that would help you when it's time to move into a new place. She made me feel very comfortable and here lovely charismatic personality made it worth moving into Strawberry lane apartments. She was very helpful in letting me know about the area and events that would be going on in the Weidner community. Any question that I asked her she answered immediately and she was very detailed about everything giving me more info than what I asked for; making sure I understood exactly how to go about livong in Strawberry lane apartments. She also.made good points on the things I should and should not do while being a tenant. She was more like a teacher/ mother and I must say if she wasn't apart of the Weidner association things probably wouldn't go as smooth as they do. I don't have the words to describe how amazing she really is and how comfortable and non judgemental she was. What I do know for sure is that her heart and spirit is in the right place when it comes to taking care of the tenants. I'm very excited to live here at Strawberry lanesand to be apart of the Weidner community. I have so much more hope knowing this will be a great summer great summer living in Strawberry Lanes hanks to Mrs Tina! I don't know how much she get payed but I truly believe she deserves a raise and so much more from the amount of work she puts in. Her dedication inspires me to be more dedicated into helping other just as much as she does. Thanks Mrs Tina! God bless"

"Overall the apartment complex is nice, no one has it perfect. That being said, the parking situation is a bit lousy. Most of the tenants have multiple vehicles, and there is not enough parking spots for everyone, let alone none for guests. Being assigned one spot per two-bedroom apartment is rough to begin with. Also, the property is not kept up with regularly. (This could be due to everything going on with Covid-19 but it’s worth mentioning.) The staff however is incredibly nice. The apartments themselves are a good size, and the location is ideal for anyone who doesn’t like to be right next to the city commotion. It’s a good property to check out, just bare in-mind the above."

"My husband and I loved living at Strawberry Apartment Homes. The parking was always well kept and we loved that the entrance needed an access code to get in. The apartment itself had a really great layout and very clean and had a welcoming feel. The staff is extremely professional and were very responsive if we had any questions. Awesome place to live"
