"I came home from work today and found a pool of water in my bathroom. I checked the toilet first for flooding or a damaged seal at the bottom, I found nothing. I checked the shower seal on the floor and along the walls and, it’s still good. So my thinking is the neighbor above did something that caused it. My suspicion is due to the water droplets I found on the door header and, the wall outside the bathroom along the wall is damp."

"Appliances are old but functional. Maintenance is alright. The neighbors are dirty and just throw their trash anywhere in the apartment. I’ve had some issues with communication with the people in the office. Other than that I loved my apartment and would rent with them again if i had to."
