"this place is okay. part of town is okay but this parking lot is absolutely ridiculousm the maintenance of this building is sub par. we don't even have washers or dryers in unit. it is definitely NOT worth what they make us pay but this is all we can afford to not be homeless in this town. the people above me are CONSTANTLY making noise and stomping on the floor. they caused a picture frame to fall off my wall by stomping and running around so hard. nothing has ever been done about it. I'm glad they extended our lease without increase because surely we would have been homeless at that point but Im just so sick of the upstairs people and this parking lot."

"The location was perfect for us! Black bears strolling through in the early mornings and moose all year round in the back yard! The kids loved the park close by and a trail leading to Campbell Creek was awesome! Bottom floor south facing was perfect! I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed living there as much if I was on the 2nd or 3rd floor or facing the parking lot. Parking lot is small but I have seen worse. The staff was very kind."

Our apartments in Anchorage’s UMED district are in a vibrant area near Campbell Creek Park, an off-leash dog park at University Lake, and several restaurants. Quiet Creek offers modern apartments with useful amenities in a warm and active community. It’s also pet-friendly, has online payment options, and provides easy access to Tudor Road.

Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 per household
Cats & Dogs are welcome! We do not have a pet deposit or weight limit. The following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. Residents may not have more than 2 birds, 2 canaries, or 2 parakeets, or 1 Mynah bird. Turtles must be kept in an aquarium, hamsters and gerbils must be caged. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The one-time fee and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the one-time fee and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.
