Welcome back

What makes the difference between an apartment and an apartment complex with warmth and a welcoming atmosphere is the front office reception! She always has a smile, knows the tenant names and often stays back in her own time to help residents and talk to them. A great service attitude, and I hope she becomes the complex manager one day as it would make a positive difference to PP2 and would be well deserved.

Park Plaza II Review

I’ve lived at Park Plaza II since late 2016 and I’ve been very happy here. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is very responsive. The lowest score I gave was for noise, but that is due to outside neighborhood noise, things beyond management’s control. I would, and have, recommended the property to others.

Great Complex with Great Management

This apartment complex has been amazing. Since the first day, I moved into the building manager helped to answer all of my questions promptly. My apartment was clean upon move in and the only issues I had the whole year I lived in the unit were some broken blinds and a burnt-out lightbulb to which maintenance fixed the next day after I placed in my request. I loved the ability to pay my rent online through the easy access online portal. If I ever return back to Alaska I will make sure to rent from this complex again.

Great place

It was safe, clean and peaceful. The view was great and I had good neighbors. Staff were respectful and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

This property is amazing.

I love living at Park Plaza 2. The monthly rate is expensive but I love the apartment. I feel safe and the love the security of the building.
