I stayed here for just about 3 years during my time at JBER. There was never an issue with accommodation of military members... and they were very flexible when it came to move out dates. I was so glad that it was as stress free as it was while waiting to PCS. Communication is the most important factor to that. The property was very well maintained and whenever there was something to address, e.g. furnace not firing, they were addressed and fixed before the work day was over. You can tell they really care about the community, tenants, and properties. Location is convenient for those working on base and its a minute or two away from the highway. If I ever come back to AK, I will definitely rent from them again. Thank you so much for having me has a tenant. I recommended this place to all my soldiers and friends who were looking for a place. It has been difficult at times to get payment for rent accomplished. Attempting to access the method of paying rent at Walmart... has become an issue for me and I'm sure it has affected others by an unreliable method being offered. On several occasions I have arrived at the store only to be informed the system is experiencing issues accepting payments. I just don't understand how such an unreliable method is not done away with or fixed. I’ve been living at Four Seasons for just over a year now, the staff is super friendly! Moving in was super easy and I love... just how much room these places have! They may not look like it from the outside but once you walk in you’ll be amazed! I live in the 2bd/2ba and there is plenty of space for my boyfriend and I and our 2 cats to live comfortably. It’s nice to not have to pay every time I do a load of laundry too, having my own washer/dryer set in the unit is a lifesaver! Having mostly lived in apartments until this place I’ve never had my own driveway and it is such a breathe of fresh air to have your own dedicated space to park, barbecue, or sunbathe without having to worry about street traffic or a parking lot full of people! The neighbors have all been respectful of our space and you typically can’t hear a thing from the neighbors while inside the unit (with the exception of having windows open of course). Since we’ve been having these hot summers, one thing I was looking for when moving was a place that would stay cool inside, I was pleasantly surprised at how cool these units stayed, even with all the windows! The roads are well maintained over the winter as well. When we had a HUGE dump of snow our streets were done before most of the main roads! Renewed my lease due to the location, safety and the fact you get your own piece of happiness ( without sharing walls) for... a reasonable rental rate within the area. Love the in-home laundry appliances, maintenance is always available when needed, and parking for me, is great; for, I don't have tons of visitors. So it's perfect for me! I love the neighbors that I've befriended thus far. The only problem I have, is the current view out of my living room window(s)! I can longer open my living room window(s) because all I see are bags and bags of trash thrown outside in the yard. On a few occasions, trash was scattered everywhere due to obviously the animals getting into the trashbag. Then there is the broken down vehicle with the windows busted out. Man that $33 processing fee is pretty wack to pay rent! No warning. I feel like the last few months the customer service... from this place has gone down. I can only imagine what the rent increase will be this year. Weidner is making great profit I hope. Hopefully the employees least get a good discount and wages. Thank you for your feedback. There are several options for paying rent. If using a checking account there is no fee. Debit card is $5.95. WIPS is also free. Only credit card has a higher fee which is determined by the credit card companies. Those fees go to the card companies not to Weidner as you'll see in your ledger.
