"Everything went smoothly from applying to our move-in day ! Felt very welcomed , they gave us everything we needed to know/need for our move-in . Overall everything was great especially with working with Noeila , she was very helpful throughout the whole process !!"

"We have been renting since 04/2021. The apt we got into was on first day approval. We did a 6 month term at first. We were told by previous landlord Brittany that our rent would not increase due to the poor carpeting from previous tenant. She also stated if we wanted our carpet updated to better status that our rent would increase from 980.00$ to 1,280.00$ per month. So we decided to not upgrade the carpet and keep the low rent for our 1br apt at 980.00$ since we are located on a bad side of town we didn’t want to be spending that much on the 1 br apt. Ever since then our rent has increased to the said amount above to 1280.00$ per month. Without reason they overcharge and don’t even give a heads up on when ur rent will be increasing. I would not recommend Weidner apartments due to their lack of communication with tenants"

"I have lived in this apartment complex for over 20 years. Over the years i have dealt with many different managers. Some were good, some not so much, and some very good. The current manager Britney Marie is a great advocate for the clients. She is proactive, vigilant, and energetic. She has been a great help to me as life goes on day to day. At the presint time I am pleased with Britney Marie's efforts and oversight of the complex. She rates in the top tier. The complex is properly maintained, with prompt attention given to the serious needs. No complaints and would recommend the complex as a good place to live."

Our apartments in Anchorage’s Russian Jack Park neighborhood are in a vibrant area near Dave Rose Park, JBER Military Base, Target, and the Tikahtnu Commons. Conifer Grove offers modern apartments with useful amenities in a warm and active community. It’s also pet-friendly, is a controlled access building, and provides 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Pet Policy

Pets - Max 2 Allowed

Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 per household

Cats & Dogs are welcome! We do not have a pet deposit or weight limit. The following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. Residents may not have more than 2 birds, 2 canaries, or 2 parakeets, or 1 Mynah bird. The one-time pet fee and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the one-time pet fee and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.
