Love the property and loving our new apartment!! Very spacious and cozy. The view from the window is beautiful especially... at night. There are a lot of parking spaces for parking is very accessible. My only concern is the noise coming from my upstairs neighbors. They have been talked to by staff regarding it but the noise hasn’t let up. It usually starts around 10 pm. Loud stomping and constant running back and forth. Constant smoke and marijuana smells permeating apartment
Every day I come home to my apartment being permeated by marijuana smoke and smells from the next apartment over. There’s residents that will play music early and late at night and with continuous complaints to the landlord it seems like... nth gets done about it. Not a good place to be if you have children or if you want a place to relax and enjoy ur life. The busyness of the neighborhood around this place will have you hearing traffic, alarms, screaming it’s not worth it. No hot water and heat for over half a month. It’s still not fixed. Out since Nov 11, 2023. They haven’t offered any kickbacks... for services they aren’t providing which in the Landlord Tenant Act states they must provide. You know…the basics. People park like idiots in the parking underground. Yearly fire alarm inspections happen once a year yet 3 have been scheduled in less than a week, inconveniencing those that have pets.
I have sent numerous complaints in about the neighbors upstairs…NOTHING has been done about it.
The dryers have no heat so clothes don’t get dried. With as much as they charge for laundry it’s ridiculous.
Homeless people in the hallway more often than not sleeping on the floors. It’s not safe here.
They offered up space heaters because the heat is out. Not only is that a fire hazard but that increases the electric bill exponentially.
I can’t wait to get out of this place. They have done nothing but make my life and everyone else’s I’ve spoken to a living nightmare.

We thank you for your feedback, but are disheartened to hear you feel this way. We have two boilers for heat and hot water, and a part on one of those boilers went out, needing replacement. We are working diligently to have this repaired, but we are at the mercy of the manufacturer of the part that is needed. In the meantime, there is still one functional boiler that is supplying heat and hot water to the community. If you need a space heater in the meantime, we are happy to provide one, and we are able to offset the elevated electric bill cost should you choose to use a space heater. We are always here to help, so please do reach out to us directly if you ever need any assistance.

As I write this review for Weidner Castle Apartment Homes, I'm sipping my gourmet iced coffee from... the Castle Cafe. I jokingly say to the leasing Office Staff while pointing to the Castle Cafe “ This is the reason why I renew my lease every year. OK, there are more reasons, I just wanna say this is one reason.
Here's why I love living at Castle Apartment Homes.
A - High-security buildings and Armed Patrol Security Officers that also perform building vertical Patrols. All buildings have a dual-locked door entry system (The technical name for this entry system is called a Double door Man Trap).
B- Building Maintenance and upkeep, whether it's my unit or common areas of the building, repairs are always performed in a very timely manner after being reported. Hallways are cleaned every day.
It always smells like I live in a hotel when I step out of my unit (this is thanks to the building cleaning Staff.
C- The Castle Cafe.

March 2023. The cleanest apartment I have EVER moved in to. Outstanding attention to detail. Adequate parking. Fast, efficient... and great job clearing snow. The entire maintenance team is top notch and friendly. The morning ladies clear the hallways and common area and Mop everywhere in common areas, 5 star. The entire office staff is the best, great friendly peeps. There is Armed security with canine 7 days a week. I've never felt more safe. Castle is decent with room for improvement. I stay in the remodeled unit with mountain views. I like that Castle is a secure... building with entrances security cameras, indoor mailboxes, and an elevator. Castle parking fees along with a provided Castle parking sign is professional and I don't have to worry about being targeted for a parking space. Castle location is convenient and within walking distance to the grocery and laundromat. Castle has a laundry room however, I prefer to sit and watch my laundry at a laundromat.
