I always have to park my car in the visiting area. Because my neighbors who just moved in not that long ago. Does not know... how to park there cars. All 3 cars. Knowing the snow situation. They have no common sense nor decency to move over and make room. I already knocked on all their doors if they can please make room. And yet they continue to park their cars not making room. Please fix the door ASAP. Did my laundry last night and there were a bunch of homeless people in there. I locked the door... on my way out putting my laundry in the dryer. Brighton Woods Apartment Homes needs to upgrade they're PLOW TRUCK SYSTEM to an after hour or a 24 hour PLOY TRUCK SYSTEM... especially during the snow season.
Another year we had to shovel a way for our car to get through to the parking lot. Don't get me wrong I like the location that's why we're still residents here, it's the snow season that I dread so much cause there is No Plow Truck after hours and it SUCKS...
We pay Good Money to be residents here the least Brighton Woods Apartment Homes could do is Take Care of the TENANTS especially during the snow season.

Thank you for your feedback. Please see the snippet below that was sent out to all our affected communities regarding Anchorage's recent heavy snowfall:
Our teams will continue to work as fast as possible to attend to the intense and continual snowfall. Maintenance personnel has been increased and we are working hard to provide support where it is needed. While some of our resources are limited due to closures around Anchorage, our teams here are familiar with and well-versed in handling major Winter Weather and will be working hard over the next few days. Please note that we will continue to offer emergency maintenance and address service requests as time allows.
Please keep in mind snow removal is most effective when done after the snow stops- if you see breaks in snow plow service, this is why. If there is anything you may need or if you have any questions, please text, call or email your community.
We cannot thank you enough for your patience and kindness as we navigate through this unprecedented snowfall.
