"Things happened unexpectedly in your home either in the morning, mid-day, evening or late at night…and you count on someone to come to the rescue, hoping that will solved the problem. In my case that was a big no, the guy that came couldn’t get it going. I was told that a maintenance guy will check it out in the morning and will fix the problem. Dealing with no toilet all night was not fun at all, but this morning, Eddie (Maintenance) came to the rescue and it’s fixed. "I’ve now lived in this one bedroom apartment for 4 years, off Arctic and Tudor. It’s centrally located and very easy to get anywhere you need. Charity, the property manager, has been very nice, quick to return phone calls regarding any questions or concerns, and quick to solve any problems. Eddy, the maintenance man, has also been very nice and responded very quickly to any maintenance needed and contributed to keeping the outside area clear of snow and ice. Sorry to say that I don’t know the young lady who cleans the inside common area, but was always very kind and kept the inside and outside looking looking especially nice. The reason for my moving out is because I’m leaving state."

Arctic Sun offers modern apartments with useful amenities in a warm and active community. It’s also pet-friendly, provides on-site laundry facilities, and offers easy access to public transportation.

Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 per household
Cats & Dogs are welcome! We do not have a pet deposit or weight limit. The following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The one-time pet fee and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the one-time pet fee and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets. The max number allowed applies to other types of pets as well as cats and dogs. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.
