"at 9:30 this evening the neighbor below us came up and started banging on our door aggressively and confronted one of us (Amanda) yelling and screaming in a threatening manner while I was alone. They continued to yell at me in a way that made me feel like they might get physical and one of the dogs felt I was in potential danger. There was no altercation w/the dogs but it was clear the dogs felt the need to protect me from him. Luckily Richard came up the stairs and it kept him from escalating further."

"Hands down the nicest weidner property I have stayed in, on top of that Shawn Burton and her staff literally are the best they go above and beyond for Thier tenants. Today I had a very very bad experience and moving back from 4 hours away with no where to go Shawn and her staff Sarah and Sandra bent over backwards to find a way to make it work at Thier property for my wife and family. We had originally only planned on staying for about 6 months in an apartment but the quality of admirals cove and treatment by the staff we will be staying at least the whole two years we will be in state! Thank you ladies your literally the best!"

"I was stationed up here for a federal agency, and bought a town house. When I first realized I was close to retirement (about two years ago), I investigated apartments in Anchorage and visited numerous ones, so I would not have to time the sale of my town house to the eventual date of my retirement. The Admiral's Cove Apartment Community was far and away the best apartment complex I found in Anchorage. I was so impressed that for the almost two years between the time I first toured it, and the time I rented there in December 2020, I wanted to sell the town house early so I could join Admiral's Cove. That happened last December. Admiral's Cove is a well-build and very well managed apartment complex. If I had seen it when I first came up to Alaska in 2014, I suspect I would have taken one of their apartments instead of buying a town house. Everything about it is absolutely exceptional. The property is clean, and the attention to residents' needs is sincere and plentiful (particularly by Ashley and Cody). The property is well built--the gas fireplace and radiant heat through the floor worked exceptionally well. The units are clean and well laid out for maximum comfort. Cars have parking spaces in a below-ground garage, and there is a very efficient elevator to all three floors. The property is very well-maintained. If I could, I would stay in Anchorage longer, just to extend my stay at Admiral's Cove. Alas, all good things must come to an end. Rest assured, however, that if I ever come back for more than a quick visit, I will be found renting at Admiral's Cove again. Well done to the staff and the management. Admiral's Cove is a true gem in the Anchorage rental market, and well worth the rental costs."

"Moving into Admirals Cove has been a great experience. The leasing office staff was very personable, helpful and inviting. I felt at home immediately. My apartment was ready on time and everything was in great condition. My two bedroom apartment is very comfortable with two spacious bedrooms and ample living space with adequate storage. Mail and trash are very conveniently located and the grounds are well kept especially during the winter months. If there are any issues, once brought to the attention of the office they are quickly resolved."
